Savoury Roll

3 sheets of Puff Pastry
1 grated Carrot (large)
1 grated Potato
I grated onion
500g beef mince (can use another meat if you prefer)
1 packet of Chicken Noddle Soup (dry)
1 egg
Sesame Seeds (optional)

Divide mine into thirds and spread  thinly over each of the pastry sheets.
Cover the mince on each sheet with the grated vegetables.
Sprinkle chicken noodle soup over the vegetables.
Roll each pastry sheet up like a swiss roll.
Place rolls on to a greased oven tray leaving the exposed edge on the bottom of the roll. Slash the tops of each roll every 3-4cm.
Baste pastry with an egg before and I like to sprinkle with Sesame Seeds.
Bake at 175c for 45 minutes.

Note: You can substitute the mince for grated cheese.
